On May 7, 2020, Oleg Ignatiev gave a lecture for students of the Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy on "Fundamentals of structuring public-private partnership projects".
The lecture covered the basics that are necessary for a lawyer to understand the peculiarities of PPP projects implementation - the main forms of PPP projects implementation in Russia, project participants and their role, the main stages of the project and key documents mediating PPP project implementation.
The lecture was organized by the Center of the Department of Practical Jurisprudence of the Moscow State Law Academy "PRO.Education".
